A pastry insider working at one of the top restaurants in Las Vegas with years of passion for this career, I've decided to (anonymously) visit as many pastry shops, bakeries, and restaurants (fine dining & casual) within ONE YEAR. I've seen plenty of people blog about doing all the recipes from a cookbook (or try to) or so- called "food critics" dissecting whats on their plates to just regular people posting pics of food. What I'm trying to do is reference the pastry world in this city and hopefully open people's eyes to the variety of sweets this city can offer. I'm not here to be a critic, only to explain what's on my plate based on my professional background. I'm doing this for myself, but feel free to join me on the ride and offer any comments or suggestions.
Do I have expectations and standards? You better believe it.
