Today, had cheesecake mousse (?) with graham crust and raspberry insert wrapped in white chocolate decor (technique referred to as Papillotte), raspberry garnish. Tasty, fluffy.

Nutella Napoleon, a chocolate puff pastry with Nutella/milk chocolate cream filling on a base of a hazelnut biscuit, garnished with dark choc discs sprinkled with cocoa nibs. Sweet, super chocolatey.
